1. Local Bank Officer (LBO) - 2482 Posts - You can apply for ONE state only. Bank will post you in same state for 12 years.
- Assam: 40 Posts - SC-9, ST-4, OBC-11, EWS-3, General-13 - Language: Assamese / Bodo Mandatory
- Gujarat: 1185 Posts (Highest)
- Karnataka: 418 Posts
- Maharashtra: 218 Posts
- Tamil Nadu: 132 Posts
- Other NE: Arunachal 20, Manipur 15, Meghalaya 15, Mizoram 15, Nagaland 15, Tripura 8, Sikkim 10

Eligibility Criteria - Who Can Apply from Assam?
A. Local Bank Officer (LBO) JMG/S-I:
- Education: Graduation in any discipline from recognized University.
- Experience Mandatory: Minimum 1 Year as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. Freshers NOT eligible.
- Age Limit as on 01-08-2026: 21 to 30 Years. Relaxation: SC/ST 5 Years, OBC 3 Years.
- Local Language: Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking local language. For Assam - Assamese or Bodo. LLT will be conducted.
- Pay Scale: Rs. 48,480 – Rs. 85,920 (JMG/S-I) + DA + HRA. In-hand approx Rs. 75,000 in Guwahati.
B. Credit Analyst MMG/S-II - 100 Posts:
- Education: Graduation + CA/CFA/MBA (Finance) / PGDM + 1 Year experience in Corporate Credit.
- Age: 21 to 33 Years as on 01-08-2026
- Pay: Rs. 64,820 – Rs. 93,960 (MMG/S-II). In-hand approx Rs. 95,000+

For LBO 2482 Posts: 1. Online Test 2. GD / Personal Interview 3. Local Language Test (LLT) 4. Document Verification
For Credit Analyst: Online Test + Personal Interview.
